HoNOSI fact sheet: What is important for infant services?

HoNOSI (Health of the Nation Outcome Scales for Infants) is a simple measure used in infant services (0 to 3 years). It has 15 items scored from 0 to 4 where 0 is no problem and 4 is a serious problem.

Infant mental health services have been reporting HoNOSI into PRIMHD since July 2024, so this July marks the first anniversary of the outcome measure. To commemorate this milestone, Te Pou has published a HoNOSI fact sheet with early data on the collection rates and the type of clinical problems these services are facing.
