Is flexible working right for your organisation?

Since the country moved to level 1, many organisations have been looking to incorporate lessons from the Covid-19 rāhui into new ways of working. To support this, Te Pou has published a short resource to assist leaders and managers to determine if flexible working is right for their organisation. This is informed by a literature scan we undertook to inform our own flexible working plan. It outlines both the benefits and potential challenges that need to be considered.
