Let's get real older persons' option paper - full report

This report presents findings and options for updating Let’s get real. A wide range of knowledge and skills were highlighted as important for working with older persons, many of which are not currently in the Let’s get real framework or require tailored language to be relevant to older persons. The lack of up-to-date local frameworks, guides, or resources, and training and development opportunities was also highlighted. It is unlikely that the values and attitudes need updating; however, it is important to ensure the values and attitudes are reflected and woven through the knowledge and skills.
