Supervision skills training for Mental Health Nurses: Evaluation report

Te Pou arranged and managed the delivery of the supervision skills training to 73 mental health nurses between October 2022 and October 2023. The training was two and a half days and was delivered online. Of those who completed the training, 51 people responded to the post training evaluation (70 percent response rate). Eight (8) people provided additional feedback in a focus group on how they are applying learning from the training. The feedback from trainees is summarised in this report.
