Whanganui DHB On Track case study report

In 2015, Te Pou and Platform Trust published On Track: Knowing where we are going - a document which described some of the different ways mental health and addiction service providers could accelerate system reform in order to help create the kind of system that New Zealanders want and need.

Since On Track’s publication, many organisations have utilised the document to make system improvements and better meet their population’s mental health and addiction needs. Whanganui DHB was one of these organisations. This report shares a snapshot of the DHB’s improvement journey to date, and outlines how they utilised On Track to inform their transformation work.
