As support workers, you have a unique insight into the lives and needs of the tāngata whai ora and whānau you support. The collection and use of data is an increasingly important part of the work you do.
The ability to use the data you collect in the Programme for the Integration of Mental Health Data (PRIMHD) to understand the journey of tāngata whai ora through services is useful in many ways. For example, the information data provides can evidence the need for more resources, identify where improvement in service delivery needs to be focused, and demonstrate the value of what support workers do.
This webinar aims to help support workers understand the importance of data and what it can be used for. Through the practice of robust collection, it can help advocate for what people really need in their recovery journey.
This webinar will be recorded.
