Te Pou is enhancing Let's get real with a specific focus on supporting Leaders. Let’s get real is widely used in organisations across Aotearoa New Zealand. However, we know that the resources could be utilised more by our leaders. If you are not familiar with Let’s get real that’s fine, your perspectives will help us make Let’s get real more useful for your role. This project applies to anyone in a role that facilitates and mobilises others to tackle challenges and thrive.
The focus group has been designed to explore the following:
1. What are the challenges facing health leaders?
2. What are the various pathways and resources they use to resolve and/or address those challenges?
3. How satisfied they are with the pathways, resources, and resolution?
The intention of the project is to work closely with leaders bringing te ao Māori, Pasifika and lived experience and to gain insights from other leaders across the diversity of our health workforce. This is an online focus group for Māori health leaders, facilitated by Te Pou Māori lead. It will take up to 90 minutes of your time. If you would like to take-part, please register for this session below.
