Workforce ageing is beginning to impact the profile of DHB mental health and addiction employees.

This is a key finding from our latest DHB mental health and addiction employees: 2019 profile report. This finding has implications for future workforce skills, diversity and wellbeing.

The report describes the socio-demographic and service profile of more than 8,200 DHB employees working in the mental health and addiction services, based on information supplied by the Health Workforce Information Programme team.

The report and a summary infographic are available here.
