HoNOS summary reports – team type classification

The team type classifications should be used in conjunction with the HoNOS family national reports. The classifications explain what codes go into the team types used in the reports and be should be used alongside the relevant user guide (HoNOS, HoNOSCA, HoNOS65+).

Please note:

• these are coded in order
• inpatient and community teams which service child and youth or older people or Māori and Pacific will be coded accordingly.
