Let's get talking - Review: Progress and outcome measures to support talking therapies delivery

This resource is part of a suite of tools developed by Te Pou to support mental health and addiction services to increase access to and delivery of effective evidence-based talking therapies using a stepped care approach.

The Let’s get talking: Review tool has been developed to support mental health and addiction practitioners and services to increase the use of progress and outcome measures.

This tool provides information on progress and outcome measures, which are objective tests to determine treatment progress and treatment efficacy. It also includes suggestions on progress and outcome measures that can be used with mental health and addiction presentations. Whilst some of the measures listed here are designed and validated for screening and assessment, they may be used as progress and outcome measures.
