This user guide for the HoNOS65+ national summary report will assist clinicians, managers, data analysts, service user leaders and family facilitators to understand and interpret their DHB and national outcome reports.
The guide will help users to interpret the PRIMHD summary reports provided to your district health board (DHB), with the aim that the PRIMHD information will be used to better understand and improve mental health services.
