National PRIMHD reports

The national PRIMHD reports summarise all of the outcomes data provided by DHBs. The reports provide an overall picture of data quality, what has changed for people using services, and how DHBs perform.

The reports are based on each outcome measure. Each summary report includes three sections.

  1.     Collection completion and validity - shows teams and services the quality of the data.
  2.     Outcomes related information - gives signals of what has changed over time for service users.
  3.     Service related information - looks at how a service performs.

The reports are published every three months by Te Pou.

Each DHB is also provided with individual PRIMHD reports every three months. These reports are not publically available.
