The More Skills assessment tool provides a quick and easy way for organisations, teams, groups, and individuals to assess knowledge and skills against the More Skills for working with older people in mental health and addiction services framework.

This is a free workforce planning tool available to organisations, teams, groups, and individuals who work alongside older people experiencing addiction and/or mental health challenges.

The More Skills assessment tool enables reflection and reporting on the strengths and development needs of individuals, teams, groups, and organisations.

Aggregated responses support Te Pou, Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, and the wider sector in understanding the workforce's strengths and identifying opportunities to develop targeted training and resources.
